Camp Speaker: Brian Hunter

Brian is a skier, runner, adventurer, author, and       follower of Jesus. He is Lissa's husband of 17 years, and Selah and Kai's dad. He is thefounding and lead pastor of Tribe in Jackson hole, Wyoming. He is also the Founder of Strong to The Finish, a non profit organization devoted to helping people reach their full potential in life.

Brian’s father left when he was two years old, leaving him without a roadmap to manhood. Making matters worse, as a child he was diagnosed with Polio and was told he would never become an athlete. From a young age, Brian looked to sports to teach him valuable lessons about character, manhood, overcoming adversityand faith.

In 2013 He ran 1,500 miles across the country of Mongolia, setting a world record and raising tens of thousands of dollars for orphaned and vulnerable children living in the capital city. Brian’sgreatest passion is to build strong families, develop leaders, and makedisciples that will change the world!

Cost: $350  (Golf is $450) Scholarships available!
Deposit: $100 deposit due at registration
Fees: Camp cost can be refunded minus a $50 cancelation fee, or $100 no show fee

Transportation

Campers are responsible for their own transportation to and from Camp.  There are some bus options available for different areas in the region:
Eastern WYO Campers: Round trip bus traveling from Lingle,WY, making stops in Guernsey, Dwyer Rest Area at HWY 26 &I25, Douglas and Gillette. There is a separate $40 fee ($25 for theGillette pick up) for the bus. Contact Rick Teeters at 307-575-2314 to make reservations on this bus.
Southwestern and Western Wyoming:  Round trip bus traveling from Green River, WY, making stops in Rock Springs and Farson.  Campers from Star Valley, Jackson, Big Piney and Pinedale can meet the bus in Farson.  There are 25 seats available for the first 25 who sign up.  The bus will be leaving the day before camp, June 26th, and staying on campus Monday night.  Meals on Tuesday will be included in the separate round trip fee of $55 (housing Monday night, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and cost of transportation).  Please sign up and reserve a seat on the bus at  Green River Bus Sign Up and a confirmation letter with all bus information will be emailed out.  Contact Jim Hamilton at 417-827-1979 or email at hamilton@fca.org for further questions.
Western Nebraska Campers: round trip bus traveling fromScottsbluff, NE, and will be making one stop in Chadron. There is a separate $50 fee for the round trip bus ride that can be paid at nebraskafca.org. Contact Stacy Girard – 308-760-4605 orsgirard@fca.org with questions.
