    #1 Ministerial Duties

    1. Agree with and abide by FCA’s Christian Community Statement _____

    2. Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord’s will for FCA.

    3. Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example so they are equipped to serve others.

    4. Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement

    5. Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA’s Christian beliefs.


    #2 Ministry Advancement: HUDDLES- Multi-sport | Team specific | Chapels

    1. Grow our huddle influence to engage more athletes with new huddle coaches and student leaders

    2. Increase our reach of the athletic department


    EVENTS

    1. Create local events to share the Gospel (FOF, NOC, 5th quarters)

    2. Assist with state events (Gameday in Laramie, state championships in Casper, retreats or various outreaches at UW and in the community)

    3. Assist with camp


    CAMP expectations

    1. Promote camp

    2. Set goal to recruit kids and huddle leaders to camp

    3. Recruit coaches to coach at camp

    4. Set up logistics for camp

    5. Have a vision for raising funds for camp scholarships

    6. Host a local elementary age Power Camp (day camp)


    One on One expectations

    1. Disciple athlete and coach leaders order to empower them for ongoing ministry.


    #3 Talent Advancement for Volunteers:

    RECRUIT- get face to face, serve, get to know them and ask them to join FCA

    1. Engage with new coaches and recruit new huddle coaches by _____

    2. Engage with athletes and recruit leaders to be empowered to join leadership teams.

    3. Engage with current adult volunteers and recruit new leaders to lead ministry.


    TRAIN- E3 online training and our Training Camp in July/August

    1. Equip your huddle coaches for ministry.

    2. Equip your student leaders for ministry


    ENCOURAGE- Encourage your team (in season) weekly, (Out of season) monthly.

    1. Have a reminder schedule for consistent encouragement.

    2. Find out their preferred method of communication (email, text etc.)


    DEVELOP- How can you help them?

    1.Complete one assessment per leader when their season is done.

    2. Assess their spiritual gifts, their leadership style, personality style, and ask how can they grow? #4. Donor Advancement: You are responsible for raising 100% of your budget UW/Laramie FCA has secured some development funds to jump start the funding requirements for the staff and will be utilized to help supplement start up funding.


    CONNECT: Secure 100% of funding for year-1 budget

    · Bootcamp, hometeam coaching, events

    · 2-6 months time frame


    COMMUNICATE: Monthly impact reports to donors and volunteers, prayer partners.

    · Training on Constant Contact 1 hour


    CARE: Monthly logs and quarterly gifts & notes

    · Create a donor board in Trello to track donor’s info and interests

    · Send gifts and thoughtful notes


    #5 International Advancement

    1. Work with the Regional Director of International Advancement to serve the aligned International Region by praying, giving and going.

    Aaron Frude serves as the FCA Director for University Wyoming Campus and Cowboys Team Chaplain.  He is UW Alumni and has lived in Laramie, Wyoming, along with his wife Stacy and four children for several years.
